Is tinder to blame for the lack of honest relationships transpiring? Did Facebook light a flame what was already in the process of happening when Myspace was the status quo? Are we simply more concerned with what grass is greener on the other side, versus watering the seed of what’s already built? Well, social media obviously has taken its toll on this generation like no other. It’s quite difficult for grandmothers and uncles to comprehend the state of what it’s like thriving as a Millennial in this hypersexual, fast paced, and superficial culture that’s become so utterly normalized.

It must have been so nice to be so ignorant. The significance of that resolute statement folds back into the mindset of the average youth in the 50’s. Picture it, you grow up in a rural town around the same people for decades, and then Bobby who was your best friend in jr. high becomes your husband.
